Q&A
Q: What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A: Working with a new client starts with an initial phone conversation. Asking lots of questions and building trust and rapport with the prospective customer is essential before providing an estimate of the project. After a thorough assessment of the project is done (through onsite observation), the project details and necessary investment can be calculated and provided. Estimates with me are always FREE.
Q: What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A: I have been in business for over 25 years with a lot of hands on experience. In my line of work, the value of education through real-world experience and knowledge cannot be stressed enough. Working with many different customers on many various projects, many on homes that are hundreds of years old, has given me the “expert” level of work that can only be attained this way. We also completed all training, inspections and compliance with Trex to qualify as a TrexPRO.
Q: How does my service stand out?
A: There are many aspects of my carpentry service that makes what I do different from others in this field of work. #1 in my view, is QUALITY. The quality of my work, workmanship, and materials is a great source of pride and I would not sacrifice any part of a job that would reduce the quality in any way. You can ask my years of past clients, customers I have worked with on past projects, and you will hear a lot of good comments about quality. Another great detail that stands out in my service is AFFORDABILITY. My prices are fair, and while competitive, they come with an honest guarantee that displays value and trust. Making an honest living is what it’s all about. Many other comments have been made over the years, including PROMPTNESS and RELIABILITY at the top of the list. I also have many excellent references!
Q: What do I enjoy about the carpentry work I do?
A: When a new project is accepted, it’s a great process that often has many challenges. Addressing the needs of the project, and the needs of the customer all go hand in hand. Taking on the challenges and always making the customer happy gives a great sense of joy and satisfaction.
