At Colonial Custom Carpentry we specialize in renovating and reviving them to their former glory. We blend in modern conveniences to make them more functional. Trim and lumber sizes and shapes used in that time frame are not available in your local home store. When Trim, built-ins, stairways, railings, porches, flooring, fireplace mantels, doors & windows needs to be created or repaired it should blend in with the rest of the homes trim. This takes a different skill set.
